A cohabitation agreement is a written contract between partners who live together without being married. It records who owns what, how contributions are split, and what happens to your shared home and belongings if you separate.
Is the agreement from cohab legally binding?
Yes. The agreement is a private contract between you and your partner, digitally signed in the app. Both partners get a PDF copy. For complex estates, business assets or inheritance planning, we still recommend having a lawyer review it.

How does cohab work out who owns what?

Yes. Your data is stored encrypted on servers in the EU, is never sold, and is only visible to you and your partner. You can delete your account and all data at any time.
